Not much. The buyer can not be sure it is authentic. I suggest going on eBay, there were more people interested in them, except they are more willing to offer insurance to buy eBay.

It is very difficult to answer this question because it depends on the condition of fur and when the skin is dry or if it was saved. Some people make teddy bears from old fur for them to go on the Internet and try to find them. Probably more than you would find at a flea market or you can try to sell e-bay, especially if they are in good condition. Good luck.
First, assume that you do not, well .... considered because the people who come with the tag does not pay for the garage sale too.
